Instructor Change at Overtime MMA

Jeff Neal is no longer a staff member or program instructor at Overtime MMA. We thank Jeff for his involvement with us and wish him well in all of his future endeavors.

The following schedule changes are in effect:

Monday & Wednesday, 9-10 a.m.: gi and no-gi class (East Gym) - open mats after 10 a.m.

Monday & Wednesday, 4:15-5:15 p.m.: no-gi class (East Gym)

Saturday, Kids class (East Gym): beginning October 24th, class will have a new start time of 12:15 p.m.
