Each month, Overtime MMA will feature a member of the month. The member of the month for December 2008 is Joe Spiker.
Joe Spiker is a 27 year old consultant who lives in Shorewood, IL with his wife Michelle. Joe does private consulting for fitness clubs, which includes marketing, gym procedures, and personal training programs.
Joe is also a full time student at Governors State University. Before entering the fitness industry, he was an Army Ranger and Sniper Team Leader from 2000 until 2004.
Joe used to fight in MMA about 2 and a half years ago, and just recently started to train again when he joined Overtime MMA. According to Joe, "I came across the Overtime Training Facility on the internet and I couldn't believe all the classes that were offered. The atmosphere is great and all the instructors are very friendly, extremly professional and qualified. The variety of classes is amazing and I wouldn't train anywhere else."
