 Each month, Overtime MMA will feature a member of the month, which is sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings in Plainfield, IL. The member of the month will receive a $20 food certificate to dine at BWW.
The Buffalo Wild Wings Member of the Month for January 2009 is Dorothy Sedovic.
Dorothy is 13 and has always been an athlete. She started doing karate at the age of 9, and took gymnastics classes prior to that. She recently became interested in MMA, and started training at Overtime in December.
Dorothy attributes her interest in MMA to her parents, who are both MMA fans and encouraged her to get involved in the sport. She has enjoyed her training from the start, and really wants to show boys that they are not the "stronger gender!"
