With years of success, the Overtime School of Wrestling has focused on training and developing elite youth, high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate wrestlers for National and International competition. Overtime has now expanded its vision beyond wrestling by assembling a very devoted and accomplished team of Mixed Martial Arts specialists to create the Overtime MMA Training Center, integrating elite coaching from other combat disciplines - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and Functional Training.
Whether focused on developing a specific combat discipline, seeking competitive training, or looking for a challenging way to get in the best shape of your life, Overtime MMA has a program for you.
